GODHA  Uday Kumar, 50, of Jersey City passed away on Friday, October 21, 2005 at Christ Hospital in Jersey City.  Born in India, Uday also lived in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma before moving to Jersey City in 2003.

Beloved son of Susheela & the late Yeshwanth Godha, loving brother of Maresh K. Godha, Saraswathi Sanku & Rojana Musapeta.  Also survived by loving family in Oklahoma, NJ & India.

Cremation was held private on Sunday, October 23, 2005 at Garden State Crematory in N. Bergen, NJ.
