MIKOLAJCZAK, Richard Jason, 36, of Union City, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2006, at his residence.  Richard was born and lived most his life in Jersey City, before moving to Union City.

Richard served was a U.S. Army Serviceman.

Cremation was private.
