PERSHAD, Guru D., 75, of Bronx, NY, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2005 at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY.  Guru was born in India on July 18, 1930.

Guru was a retired professor from Meerut College, Meerut, U.P., India.

Beloved husband of Vimla Pershad, devoted father of Darshan Pershad, Pradeep Agarwal, Anita Goel, dear father-in-law of Subash Goel, loving grandfather of Anish Raja Goel, Avnish Samraat Goel & Shanu Pershad, also survived by loving family & friends.

Travel half a mile and make a left at the corner of 42nd St. into Garden State Crematory entrance.
